Every screen, part and battery we fit at iSafe Gadgets is covered from the moment you walk out the door. Here's exactly how long, and on what.
We provide different warranty periods depending on the device and the part repaired. Using our repair service may affect your manufacturer's warranty — if you'd rather keep that intact, take your device directly to the manufacturer instead.
Cover is linked to your device's IMEI or serial number, and to your record on our system — it doesn't transfer if the device changes hands.
We'll cover a re-occurrence of the original fault on the exact part we replaced. New, unrelated faults fall outside this warranty.
Drops, cracks and liquid damage aren't covered. If liquid damage is found at diagnosis, any part fitted carries a 3‑month warranty only.

Good to know: if any liquid damage is diagnosed at the time of repair, parts fitted are covered for 3 months only, regardless of the table above.
